Mrs. Murray’s Nursery School is an affordable private preschool serving the greater Newburyport area. We believe the early childhood years are a pivotal time in a child’s life. It is a time for learning and exploring the world around them.

Our programs run from September through June

Daily Schedule

• Drop off at the classroom door

• Free Play 

• Circle Time 

• Project/Busy Work

• Bathroom Time

• Snack Time/Quiet Time

• Gym Time

• Small group/free play

• Dismissal

Outdoor Activities: Weather permitting, This may include: Nature walks, scavenger hunts, gross motor skills, storytime and snacks.

Registration Process

Registration for currently enrolled students and their siblings takes place in late fall.

Public registration begins the first week of December. Families on our contact list will be contacted by email to schedule a tour. During this approximately 30-minute visit, you and your child will meet with the Director, explore our classrooms, and learn more about our program.
